In conjunction with these services.

RecycleMax Inc. has established, implemented and maintains a documented Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) Management System to ensure customer satisfaction, and health and safety of our employees.

RecycleMax Inc. will continually strive to minimize adverse impacts on the environment by managing used and end-of-life electronic equipment, components and materials –with respect to both on-site activities and the selection of downstream vendors – using a “test, reuse, and recycle” hierarchy of responsible management strategies. RecycleMax Inc. shall handle all Focus Materials in a manner protective of workers, public health and the environment. RecycleMax Inc will design its recycling operation with a focus on conserving metals, plastic and other non-renewable resources.

As part of its commitment to effective QEHS management, RecycleMax Inc. shall:

• Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements defined by Federal, State and local laws, as well as other applicable requirements and guidelines.
• Consult and encourage participation of workers, and workers’ representatives.
• Continually review and refine QEH&S system to reflect changing legal requirements, industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Employ sustainable practices to prevent pollution, eliminate hazards and reduce risks.
• Ensure all employees are adequately trained and foster a culture of continues learning, innovation and participation to fulfill their responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Establish performance standards and implement risk assessments, inspections and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with applicable requirements are met at all times.
• Manage all waste streams following the “reuse, recover and dispose” hierarchy in the selection and management of downstream vendors throughout the recycling chain.
• Adhere to a “no landfill” policy for Focus Materials and ensure all materials are processed with a commitment to minimize environmental impact.
• Ensure child, forced or prison labors is not used, as defined by the International Labor Organization.
• Ensure 100% customer data security and manage Focus material only through approved DSV.
• Ensure our QEH&S policy is communicated to all employees, contractors and stakeholder.
